Project is moving forward receiving blight designation, will seek 10 yr/100% + 5 yr/50% abatement.

The developer is ready to go, they are just waiting on environmental clearance. I think they are preparing to hit the ground running after they get that.

Final plans are up. FAR (exluding parking) is 4.79 – area is zoned for up to 15.
